  Jan Emler, the founder, is still
active in guiding the company. Mrs. Emler is a charter
member of the National Swim School Association (NSSA) and
has served two terms on the NSSA Board of Directors.
She is the recipient of the prestigious Guiding Light Award from
the NSSA for her leadership amongst fellow swim school owners. As one of the most respected swim school owners in the
nation, Jan has consistently been a guest speaker each
year at the annual NSSA Conferences and international Aquatic
Conventions.
She frequently hosts visiting swim school owners from around the world (as
far away as Australia) who are seeking advice on how to improve their swim
school business.
